Rudder stock

This is the Sustainable Sailing Europe class rudder stock, built using Chlorofoil technology. Built using high performance bio-based composites, recycled carbon fibre and foam, we have developed a rudder stock with high stiffness, while also down to minimum weight. By replacing petrochemical derived chemistry and capitalising upon developments in recycling technologies, we have built a rudder stock of the future, while maintaining the performance profile of the current best in class.

This rudder stock comes predrilled to fit Chlorofoil and E&V rudder stocks (shear pin not included). Stocks come with a drop pin as standard, to minimise vibration while maximising your performance, even in the strongest of winds and the roughest of seas (hull must be upright for stock to work optimally). If the pin and pivot locations require changing, or you would like a downhaul fitted, or a different colour, or pintles fitted, please contact us as part of your order and we will endeavour to alter these to build your perfect blade (info@sustainablesailing.co.uk).

All equipment can be delivered or picked up from any Europe class national ranker event (for full list please see class website). Measurement certificates are not included as standard; however, if you contact us (info@sustainablesailing.co.uk), these can be provided for an additional cost.
